Shivank Sadasivan

Research Tech III

Shivank is a Research Technician III whose work centers on computational biology. He supports the research groups of Dr. Jishnu Das at the University of Pittsburgh, as well as Dr. Melanie Koenigshoff and Dr. Jose Lugo-Martinez through the SenNet consortium. His work focuses on developing computational methods, building and applying in-house analysis tools, and integrating diverse biological datasets to address complex biological questions across collaborative projects. Shivank received his M.S. in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and brings a multidisciplinary background in chemistry, bioinformatics, and data science.
